Creating a soufflé was something that I thought would be impossible.  I've watched enough Food Network to know that these things are temperamental and the downfall of many contestants.  Is a soufflé something you can really make at home?  Turns out it's easier than you think! This keto cheese soufflé is puffy, soft, and delicious. Traditional soufflés use a flour roux to help provide stability, but we replace it with much more keto-friendly almond flour.  Just make sure that you really ...

There’s no need to fry the chicken in grease once it’s coated, just pop it in the oven! I much prefer oven-fried chicken for a few reasons. Fried chicken is usually such a nuisance! The grease splatters, the wasted oil, the extra calories, getting the oil to the right temp to thoroughly cook the chicken without burning the coating. I’ve done it, but the hassle-to-taste ratio doesn’t make a lot of sense to me when I can achieve the same level of crispy right in the oven.

Where can I get growth hormone

WOWWWW!!! This chicken was amazing!! It tastes even better than our regular fried chicken! We loved it and are having it again this weekend! Hubby and me are now on our 2nd week of keto and I’m sooo glad i was told by a friend about your blog.. this is the first recipe I try and I’m so looking forward to making many more. Thank you so much for sharing!!! 🙂
I’m sure some of you grew up eating Swedish meatballs, but many of us associate this recipe with shopping at Ikea and that’s perfectly fine too. Flavor packed keto Swedish meatballs are served in creamy beef gravy. We kept the carbs low by skipping the breadcrumbs and using xanthan gum as a thickener. For even more flavor you could try doing this recipe with a 50/50 mixture of ground beef and ground pork. This recipe could also be great for meal prep if you do a little planning ahead. ...
I've been loving simple keto swaps lately, so that's why I was excited to try this simple keto enchiladas recipe.  I love using homemade keto tortillas in my recipes, but sometimes I just don't have the time or energy to make them from scratch.  I also hate to spend money on the storebought ones because let's face it, they all taste terrible.  This recipe ditches all of that by using rolled up lunchmeat. I know you're probably like, "Wait, what?" I was too, but the ham slices are a ...
These keto pumpkin muffins already look amazing, but they’re concealing a sweet secret. Each one is stuffed with cream cheese frosting.  This is a fun breakfast idea that you could serve up with some keto coffee. I know it seems a bit early to be posting a pumpkin-based recipe, but honestly, these are just too good to wait!  It feels a bit like having your dessert for breakfast, but they're high in fat and low in carbs.  Even kids gobble these up. Yields 12 servings of Keto Pumpkin ...

Another way I enjoy cooking large batches of chicken breast is sous vide. With a water bath and immersion circulator, I can cook enormous amounts of chicken all at once to the perfect temperature. In fact, just last week when I made my keto chicken cordon bleu, I threw a bunch of chicken breasts in Ziplocs in the water to use for meals throughout the week. It’s super easy, minimal cleanup, and the meat is perfectly tender. If you’re getting into meal prep and are as carnivorous as I am, I would highly recommend looking into one of these sous vide kitchen gadgets!

My lady and I have been on the Keto diet for a little while now, and always on the lookout for new recipes. I came across this recipe because I knew I wanted to use pork rinds, but wanted to see what others had come up with. We just finished eating dinner (drumsticks and thighs with skin on) and used hot and spicy pork rinds. We both couldn’t stop raving about how good these were! I have never written a review on a recipe online before this, but I felt I had to let you know how amazing this was!

Is peppermint tea a herbal tea

I don’t comment on recipes often. Maybe 5 times in my life. But I made this tonight, and it is some of the best chicken I’ve ever made; keto or not. One thing I changed, and one I would change next time. I noticed that the recipe called for the skin to be removed. I left the skin on half, and took it off half. I preferred it with the skin. Your mileage may vary. The thing I would change: I would cut the thyme in half next time. It was a little more prevalent than my tastes prefer. But not enough to give this any less than 5 stars!

I know you've been asking for a mug cake that does not use almond flour, and I think you will find that this recipe really fits the bill! The cake is dense, but moist, and so easy to create. In the directions, we tell you to mix the ingredients in a separate bowl. This is so that the ingredients are fully incorporated and you won't hit any spots of dry cake mix while eating your mug. If you prefer to mix everything in the mug you can, of course, do that too! If you don't want to use ...
